About Me
Mohammad bin Abdulkhaliq Alzndi — I've moved across the technology, insurance, and human resources sectors — at Tamkeen Technologies, Najm Insurance Services, and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). I've led teams through digital transformation projects, cost reduction, and customer service improvement. My career began at the Ministry of Interior, alongside exceptional government projects later with the Ministry of Defense through a contracted technology company. With an academic background in computer engineering, I understand the technical side of digital transformation and AI as well as its administrative and leadership side.
At the core of how I think are values I won't compromise on: honesty in opinion even when it's hard to hear, complete confidentiality for everything you share with me, and objectivity free of flattery. These values aren't a side detail — they're the foundation every consultation I offer is built on.
I've had the honor of leading colleagues by the hundreds and thousands, and completed executive programs in negotiation, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking. I've learned that real leadership is about the people you serve, and that the biggest challenge is always earning their trust before changing any system. Today I share that experience with individuals who need clarity in their career decisions.
Alongside my executive role, I'm an independent advisor to a content-management company and an advisor to a company investing in the equestrian sector, supporting the Kingdom's vision for the sport. This variety lets me see problems from more than one angle, not through the lens of a single sector.
